Goal 14

Life Below Water

The Life Under Water goal focuses on the conservation and sustainable use of our oceans, seas and marine resources for sustainable development. As a population, we rely heavily on our oceans for food, tourism, recreation and global trade. In fact, 3 billion people depend on the ocean for their livelihood. However, our oceans are under serious threat. More than half of the key areas of marine biodiversity are unprotected and dead zones, areas where oxygen is lacking to support marine life, are increasing. It is therefore imperative to better protect our oceans.

Life Reboot

The ocean has once again become a sanctuary that is as vital to marine wildlife as it is to seabirds and coastal populations. The factory boats, which scraped the ocean floor, were sunk and used as artificial reefs for the reproduction of fish. The transport of goods and people is ensured by electromagnetic hyperloop over the oceans. Delicate balance that a gesture as unconscious as far away can come to upset at any time.

Kosmos Appolymi

Nothing can escape the capture of resources for the benefit of man. Animals, minerals, plankton and algae are collected from the oceans to the last. The world is collapsing as islands of waste are born in oceans of plastics.

These are fictional artworks. Any resemblance to real people is purely fortuitous
